Awesome lift! I love floor press, it leaves me feeling very connected with the old greats

i could have paused a bit better, but it felt heavy coming down. Looks like it moved fast, I probably could have added 5-10lbs. It's a great lift, not easy to cheat like regular bench.

Nice! I started adding what I call dead-stop incline presses on my secondary upper body day. Bench in the squat rack, bar on the safety bars so it basically lays on your chest. Press up, lower, and full tension release between reps. Its a killer, very humbling lol

That's a pin press and a great variation! I rotate that in once in a while. Very humbling indeed!
