I originally saw this goal and laughed it off. But then I decided to go for it.

I set a goal of 7km a day. That was going to be hard because I have serious back pain after breaking my back 5 years ago. I knew it wasn't impossible but it was going to hurt and it was probably going to mean doing multiple shorter walks each day with recovery periods in between.

The first two days beat me up but I managed to pull 11 km each day. But today I felt good and managed to do 13 km without collapsing.

I had the exact same reaction. I saw walk 42km and thought no way.

But then I decided to go for it, also planning for 7km a day. I hit 12km the first day, then continued to keep up roughly that pace and finished early.

I was level 74 and had to walk 200km anyway and when this task released I was at 130km or so. So I just went for it.

I would best most didn't. Looking elsewhere online a lot of folks found it to be too high of a distance. I'd have thought the same but now, having done it, I'd happily do it again (eventually).
