Who the fuck is supposed to believe that? The official app was so famously shit that they had to crack down on alternative clients - which ultimately drove a bunch of people to quit that corporate cesspool and come to the fediverse.

Reddit is shit these days, out of control mods, the overpowering use of AI to delete posts and ban users. It’s become terrible and quickly not worth using.

As soon as that started last week, I stopped going on reddit altogether. They made the decision for me.
