For real tho, it's a thing between instances. I can't do anything about it, but everything should work normally and you should see this stuff in your subscribed feed. There's a new version of Lemmy being distributed, so maybe this will be fixed.
Just the servers. Tho if you're using a mobile app, you may need to update too. On a browser you don't need anything, we'll just be seeing fewer and/or different bugs.
As a mod (of other communities), I haven't seen any capability in the platform to see, much less approve/reject, pending subscriptions. When I asked about it in meta/support community I was told you just need to click the button more to unsubscribe and resubscribe, until it works.

fr though, unsub, then resub, then refresh to see if it works. repeat until it does.
