Good luck finding someone! I'm on EU and do have Lovers already, so I can't help with this particular case sadly.
In case finding anyone to trade is too hard or unsuccessful and you want to try to avoid doing it in the future:
You can actually reset the cards the arcana stages give you by completely abandoning your current IT progress. It's still possible to get the same cards for both stages again because that's how random works... but usually at least one of them will be different than on your previous attempt.
The viability of this ofc depends on what characters you have for the current IT but I figured it might be worth mentioning at least.
I only learned about this last night after I claimed the card 😭
