Breakfast Fried Rice
This is a use what we had meal. Left over rice and beans from last weekends tacos, jalapeno,onion, garlic,bacon,veggie mix(I didn't have just corn and peas),eggs, topped with a drippy egg.

So you're telling me, as God's Honest Truth, that the Day's most important meal rose with the Sun, took wok in hand, and fried this rice?
Certainly more poetic that I would put it. And unfortunately I don't have a wok so I use my largest skillet and do the batch thing :)
