Thanks for sharing this. It was a neat video. It makes sense that rigid thinking could lead someone to reject their gender. We continue to see the negative consequences of men being left out/behind from a corresponding gender movement. It's just bad for your mental health to define yourself against expectations that aren't aligned with who you are and what you want.

One really important thing that I've come to learn is that you don't want to define yourself using the societal standard.

It's up to you, and you don't need to explain yourself either.

Too many people lose themselves trying to find acceptance in terminology laid out by others. It only matters as much as you let it.
