If they train their own model, use AI only to sift through the massive amount of data to recognize patterns (something AI does very well) while leaving ALL the decision-making exclusively to humans, it won't be bad.
If they let AI take actions, well... Steam has been fun while it lasted.
Only using AI for the thing it was designed for? Preposterous!
