Can I log into kbin or beehaw or Lemmy.ml if my username was created on Lemmy.world?
I realize I can see content from those instances, but I’m talking actually browsing on their sites/instances.

No, you have to access it from the instance your account is on. I've heard that the ability to migrate your account is in the works though but I don't think it will be a constant sync that would let you use whichever instance.
