Georgia police department under investigation for using photo of a Black man for target practice
Villa Rica police posted the photos on their Facebook page, showing participants using an image of a Black man as a target during a firearms safety class.
This is where tax payer dollars are going? Seriously?
Do they use white people too? If its exclusively black people then yeah kinda weird...
If you read the article they claim there were other images of white and Asian people too, but that the person only took a photo of the ones with a black man.
Is there a reason they have to have a photo of a real person? Is it to desensitize them to the idea of shooting someone? Just weird...
