Nah, it's softer and more moist than it looks.
It's also MUCH healthier than granola bars, most of which are packed with added sugar 😛

Yeah, rugbrød is pretty much the Danish cousin to pumpernickel and other such German dark rye breads 🙂

oooh alr, similar cultures so I mixed them up
raw cabbage will ruin my bowels - I have to at least cut it up and rub some salt into it first and then rinse it before eating (or cook it)
