Subscription underwear actually exists 🤣 in a way.
I remember getting adverts for one, i think it was "oddballs" or something, EVERY DAY as i scrolled through IG. The catch was you get one free pair of underwear mailed tk you, but the payment was a subscription service sk if yiu didn't cancek it before next month you'd get mailed another one. How shitty, huh?
Your post also reminded me of how, when i went to uni, a start-up was offering free bra fittings and a new bra to any female student. Personally i felt it was a bit undignified for them because every woman student on campus flocked to their little stall and everyone going padpst would know they were buying underwear, but okay.
Having googled it though, it looks like there are tons of subscription underwear services, but none operate like you describe - a rental underwear service - and instead offer a standing order of new underwear every month. I guess it's for people who poop their pants a lot? Most are for lingerie.
