If you can't get to sleep because anxious worrying, try the 6.30pm rule. Which somehow is not "start drinking heavily at 6:30pm"

If this works for you, great. But for me this really feels like "Oh you're anxious? Have you tried not being anxious?"
I mean yeah thats exactly what its saying. I do love these solutions. Maybe after 6:30pm each evening I just won't be allowed to be unemployed. Brilliant! I think I will be younger and in better health after 6:30pm as well and what the heck. Better looking.
I think reframing the anxiety as a bully helps a lot with that.
