This photo is both amazing and hilarious.
That kid is living in Germany, in 1898, and looks to be about 7 years old. That means in his 40s, he's gonna be a nazi.

It seems like when he finally joined the nazi-party in 1940, he didn't do it out of passion, but to be permitted to keep on working in film making.
Something so interesting and strange about seeing a picture of him as a small child, then immediately being able to see him as a middle aged adult.
I'm seeing a repeat, these days...
