The idea is that if you under-fund it enough, it becomes so bad that privatization can be floated as a fix to the problem.

Wow so clearly given this revelation Eby was a closet conservative, pretending to beg the Fed to stop mass immigration, while he was defunding schools all along.

Conservatives turn every problem into an excuse for racism.

Our hospitals are underfunded! "I bet they'd be fine if it wasn't for immigrants"

Reality: "In 2016, 245,500 people were employed as nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates in Canada. Of these workers, more than a third (87,925) were immigrants." https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/n1/pub/45-28-0001/2020001/article/00036-eng.htm

Looks like immigrants are the only reason the severely underfunded healthcare system is still even running at all.

LMAO apparently immigrants can't be skilled labour either. Conservatives can't say a single sentence without being racist.

It's amazing that he's the orange candidate, and he's no better than the red one and almost as bad as the blue one.

It's like he's the harm reduction AND the problem, since the mandate of any alternatives is At Best his current trajectory.

I'm being sarcastic, Eby is the only MP that seems to actually care about the poor.

I'm fairly confident we hate this breaking point several years/decades ago. I can't recall the last time I went to the ER and didn't wait for several hours.

Well, in QC it's like this for as far as I remember... ER at 200%, people there 48h+, people dying waiting, it's part of the system here.

You reached the end
