The FBI will get him extradited to the US and ICE will grab him and deport him back to Mexico.
Wouldn't be the first time.
One of those pictures is not like the others.
Shouldn't the "most wanted" imply something more than 2 murders ?
At least that is the impression I get.
Not that many people murder 40 and leave the scene alive. Plenty of people murder thousands but they are heads of state and a wee bit harder to arrest.
What did he do? Apply for citizenship?
