I wasn’t able to see the armor passive as it’s not posted to the ps blog yet, my guess is gas or fire related, or perhaps explosives, as it’s all related to trench warfare ig
Also forgot about the grenade, looking to me like it’s between a thermite and dynamite, maybe just a sticky non programmable dynamite
Edit: and with the entrenchment tool based on… past experience, I feel like strikes a balance between meme weapon and niche usefulness
With one set named sapper, my guess is something explosives related.
I saw on the steam post looks like explosive resistance and being able to hold more throwables
That makes 100% sense and I'm here for it.
I wonder if the flamethrower backpack can blow up.
@tiberius @helldivers2 I knew I wanted the flamethrower backpack but now I know I WANT THE FLAMETHROWER BACKPACK
It sure looks hot as freedom, but belt-fed support weapons have been underwhelming so far. If it can kill heavies efficiently, I can certainly see myself using it.
Take me back to the stun grenade flamethrower meta days, arrowhead pls
Yeah cooking chargers from the front never got old for me while it was a thing. We'll see about that new device soon. Hopefully it werfs good flammen.
Can't wait for my Luger Bolter and AT Impact grenade
Stuff looks really cool, looking most forward to that gas mortar the most. The heavy flamethrower and SMG underbarrel flame thrower look fun too
Heavy flamethrower looks fun...but if the other backpack weapons are any indication, it's gonna be kinda poopoo compared to base flamethrower.
I'm hoping they decide against that and instead also buff maxigun & belt grenade launcher this next patch
