The biggest risk comes from the US gaining full understanding of the entire NL economy.

Every economic transaction has to pay VAT so each transaction is in that database.

The US will know which companies are profitable, which are chokepoints for the economy and which to buy because they are undervalued.

Let's not pretend that this is Trump's first presidency and that there was no Jan/6 and no project 2025. Why is there this risk of a data breach? The looming question is if the European elite actively works on linking all economic data to create a unified war economy to rival China.

In my extensive experience with Canadian GST, I can say with some authority that Americans just fundamentally cannot comprehend a value-added tax, and also refuse to try. Bonkers insane to use an American company for this.
