Weird question: there are ultrawide (21:9) and superwide (32:9) patches for games in PPSSPP, but are there any 4:3 patches?

I know it's probably not a common thing for someone to want, but some people play on handhelds with 4:3 displays (Retroid Pocket 2+/2S), CRTs, etc. I'm just curious if 4:3 patches exist or could be made for emulated PSP games.
