No, it gives some people GI issues when they're starting it or changing the dosage because it alters how your intestines work. For me it actually makes me constipated though when I up the dose. It is honestly a pretty amazing drug.

It will punish you though if you overindulge before a dose though. If anything that helps train you to not binge though.

No, metformin does, but the others only give the shits if you way over indulge on carbs and sugar, like eat a whole cake. Source partner is on zepbound

Everyone is different i guess. I am on metformin and do not have any of that, also my doctor specifically said to look out for this and if it lasts longer than 1 week without subsiding to contact them because thats not normal and would need to change to something else.
