Thank you! Sorry for the screenshot but the KitchenOwl export to markdown leaves out the amounts and I wanted that for you... I could copy and paste w/o amounts if you want!
I've had good luck with this one (no guarantee of "authenticity" but its tasty). I recommend thoroughly mixing all the dry ingredients separately from all the wet ingredients before combining it all (the yeast will bind to the ghee and clump otherwise)
Looks absolutely fantastic. Any chance we could get the recipe?

Pressure Cooker Butter Chicken:
Thank you! No need to go through all that trouble. This will do just fine.
Is there a way you got a higher def version of it, cause I'm zooming in and is incredibly pixelated.

Ty!
I love this so much.
Thank you! I love it too, always in rotation with tikka/vindaloo.
got a suggestion on the homemade naan recipe? I've tried a couple of recipes and it didn't turn out great.

I also recommend a double batch because you'll eat some of them while you're making them and wont have a full batch when you're done 😅
+1 I do enjoy this recipe! I use one type of flour and a little less yogurt, but otherwise almost bang on.
AP flour I'm guessing? I imagine bread flour would be a bit tough for shaping
TYVM!
That looks delicious! If I hadn't recently gotten my butter chicken fix for the week I would have to try your recipe.
tyvm!
Mistakes happen. Especially when things are tasty.
