The person does not claim that the Switch 2 runs like a PS5, just that this specific game, while on the devkit, looks like a PS5 game.
Devkits are not final hardware, and one game isn't enough to evaluate a system.
Runs like a PS5 and will be released 6mo after PS6. And will be a best selling console.
