EmblemHealth will compensate customers who paid out of pocket for mental health care because they couldn’t secure an appointment with a provider listed as being in-network. It also pledged to take additional steps to fix its provider directory.

Pennies on the dollar for these fucks.. Each patient is entitled to 3.50, or some similarly pathetic amount, I'd be willing to bet. We act like a million is a lot because we're poor, but they are making money while paying out millions. Thats how much more they have than us.
