Everyone should block everything from Meta
But not for the reason Russia is doing it.
and not just Meta, but everything enabling spying of the citizenry... google, ring, etc.

They slowed it. Blocking Telegram would start an instant s**t volcano in Russia, perhaps a bigger one than officials currently expect to contain.
I'm just surprised they were using WhatsApp!
