It's not bad no, the thing is you don't brush for 20 minutes or so after which could wear off the enamel after the acid weakens it. But just take it east for a half hour and no harm to teeth done. As I understand it.

Grapefruit are better anyway though, I would prefer to concentrate on those, I peel and eat like oranges.

Or, a rubber band snapping on your skin or a scrunchie snapping on your wrist.

Usually they say to have a sour candy because, and I might be wrong, it triggers saliva production which is not something you usually do when in a heightened state and this helps trick your brain.
