One eventually stops fighting and simply embraces the hairy life. Soup no longer tastes the same without some cat hair in it.

Get one of the velvet fabric based ones instead. The disposable sticky ones are a scam to get you to keep buying more.

It's even in my beard, I get so much cat hair out of it with a fine comb every day.

Just brush the cat daily. It will not completely remove the hair everywhere, but it will lessen it considerably.

get one of those brushing gloves, 5 minutes of vigorous pets and you've halved the volume of the cat

We adopted the most mellow fluffball recently. He was our neighbor's outdoor cat until she passed away. The house stayed with family but they were only semi-caring for him and he started visiting us more. We talked to the neighbor family and they said to take him. He's now our indoor/outdoor cat, but as it was -17.5 C this morning he's been mostly inside recently. And I have his hair everywhere.

That photo gives me an asthma attack, even tho I'm not allergic to cats.....or have asthma.
