Reading the title I was really expecting a candy dispenser. Like, a really smart person, who likes candy, having little fun side project for passing time and having fun or something.
I was pleasantly surprised but disappointed nonetheless.

"Candy" is a term used by Ukranian units.
That is a "candy dispenser", as the load is usually a 3D-printed shell from whatever color spool available.
