This is not an isolated case btw, US American operations have shit the bed all over in Greenland.
Not just greenland. Everywhere there's an American base, you get troubles in the local area. Whether it be violence, rape or environmental damage.
Demark funded a cleaning operation some years ago and Greenlanders helped out too. But some waist couldn't be handled.
It's all those donuts, i'm telling you!

Perhaps tariffs on US products could make sure that the US pays for the cleanup.
Danish tariffs on US products are be paid by Danish citizens. So in what way would the US contribute to the cleanup?
Sorry, sarcasm doesn’t always work in writing. Applying Trump’s tariff logic against the US, this is the way to make the US clean up their mess.
