I think he might be unpopular enough at this point that his death would be similar to Charlie Kirk's, where the right is crying and pissing and shitting their pants for a couple weeks but nothing really comes of it except a few conspiracy theory podcasts getting more viewers.

I mean they launched an entire initiative to arrest political groups they don't like based on the backlash. A bit too early to say it had no effect.

People lost their jobs speaking ill of Kirk's death. Charlie is barely an apostle. Losing Trump abruptly would be akin to losing Jesus to these "people".

There would be a lot of infighting and the right would tear itself apart. Charlie Kirk's death quickly became just another grift and the fight over TPUSA crowd turned ugly. Same would happen with Trump.
