I feel much better knowing that at least 2 or 3 of these don't even apply to me
Same here. I read the list and my first reaction was "Hey I don't even do some of those anymore!".
You made it through the whole list??
Shit. I just realized I went straight to the comments!
I skimmed it.
I can't do alcohol and expensive hobbies because well they're expensive.
I missed the poll, but that sounds about right.
edit: And by that I mean it hits really hard. Thanks again, /c/ADHD
NSFW stuff is conspicuously absent.
Although for #3, turning off my email notifications and switching to scheduled check-ins was a game changer for me. Wish I could do it with texting.
For texting, I enable Do Not Disturb mode and whitelist immediate family and the elderly.
Yeah, in my personal life it's not a problem but I gotta do it during work hours. The problem I have is getting a notification and then next thing I know it's two hours later and I'm still off-task.
Yeah, I didn't want to influence the poll too much with my own stuff but was reflecting on it alone and that is definitely in my top 5 and probably top 3. It's an abiding one too.
The joys of always having hated short form video ever since Vine made is popular. Never seen a reel never watched a TikTok. I do like YouTube travel videos but only the longer ones
Fuck me I hit 9 out of 10
I assume you missed "scrolling" because of all the alcohol?
Not gonna get meeeeeee
So. I don’t drink that means I must be doing well. Now to work on the other 9.
Not me collecting these like power-ups
