I hate the guy too, but this is fairly reasonable.
Online censorship is a bad thing, my guy.
There is really no societal benefit in showing violence porn though. Everyone who is going to watch it already knows he's dead. It's not showing new hidden information.
I agree that censorship is generally bad, but sensationaliaed sharing of awful footage is also bad. Australia also bans love streams for other terrorist attacks to remove it as a propaganda tool. So, it's not just Kirk, but a policy to reduce extremism.

Now make this backfire; make the visuals or sound part of something catchy light and fun.
It is funny, the guy was talking about 2nd amendment issues at the moment he was wacked in the neck. That's hilarious.
Know what's worse than censorship? Having a single person in charge of social culture. You can turn him off and he invades any topic with unavoidable invasion. Why, because he can force influence because wealth. I'll take a slice of cutting him off even in the name of censorship.
