Ok, she wasn't resisting. In fact I'd say she was trying to help him. He didn't throw her in like a ragdoll. I'd say 70% of it was her helping standing up, and getting in.
So, happy that the video isn't AS bad as the title makes it sound. I also saw no tasing. Normally I'd believe that it happened before the video, but this title has lied so much that now I only think it's a 50/50 chance it even happened.

Then I'd instantly believe the tasing happened before the video. But you added things that clearly weren't the case. The only reason it's 50/50 and not 0% chance I believe it, is because cops and ICE are known to fuck people up purely for their own entertainment. And the way he shoves her, while she's not being a threat, makes me believe he's enjoying bullying a woman.
The nice federal officer helped a defenceless woman he found zip-tied on the ground by giving her a charge, and then gentlely helped her into his car for a nice ride to the local camp.

You can see that he had discharged a taser before the start of the video. He’s holding a spent taser with wires leading to the probes in her thigh
