I think the only Billie Eilish song I've ever heard is the Bond theme she sang in No Time to Die, and I truly have no clue how large her breasts are... She's never been on my radar until her recent commentary re billionaires. I know nothing at all about her.
How did you manage to avoid "bad guy" when it was the top pop song for like, half a year?
I haven't listened to radio regularly since 2009ish? I think I've heard bad guy maybe but had no idea who it was. Or motivation to find out. I listen to lots of music still. Just not radio.
Simple. I generally don't listen to any pop songs from the last decade or so. But it's possible I have heard Bad Guy and didn't know (or care) who it was...
You don't have to listen to pop music to encounter it if you use social media...
Apart from Lemmy and my Reddit account (which I only started using properly one year ago), I'm not on any social media. I don't subscribe to or listen to Spotify; don't even watch YouTube any longer. It's a hard life for sure.
She's a great artist. I'm not a big pop guy and I wasn't too into her first singles but I LOVED her last album. CHIHIRO
