[Release][v1.6.5] Improve

This is a minor update on top of v1.6.2. This update fixed a few bugs. It also adds some minor features. Check the changelog for details.

Changelog:

Added setting for classic thread lines but with colors.
Added setting to show instance names for posts/comments.
Fixed a bug where upvote/downvote buttons appear multiple times.
Fixed a bug where the downvote arrow would be visible even if upvote/downvote is not enabled
Fixed a rare crash
Fixed a bug where some settings would require an app restart to be applied

Is it possible to use score votes in the comments? I think the setting only works for posts.

Also another suggestion 😅

It would be nice if the app remembered where you were after exiting a post (when going back to the feed).

For example sometimes I'm seeing a post with a bunch of comments, and on my way out I get to see a comment that interests me, then I open the post again and current behavior takes you on top of the post.

Do you mean you want to use upvote/downvotes for posts and scores for comments?

To clarify. Right now, the app supports both upvote/downvotes everywhere or total scores (upvotes - downvotes) everywhere. In the comments if you see a single upvote arrow then you are seeing the total scores. If you see both upvote and downvotes arrows then you are seeing the upvote/downvotes separately.
