I have a flying companion, -- if anyone wants an egg, just lemme know. In fact there's a whole ass planet with high flying, snakelike companions, that do land (by bumping into the hills)!
Have fun! Perma-death isn't too had once you get the hang of it. The first couple hours are the most dangerous, after that it's really manageable. You got this!
Update: ok holy shit this savegame is blessed as hell. I got a resurgent Venator rn. it might not be S class but B is great.
so many lush worlds but most of them have bad sentinels... and i don't encounter other guilds than the merchant one either. but still!
If you like it, you can upgrade it to S-class in the space station! It can be pretty expensive on nanites though.
Wait, what? You can now upgrade freighter classes? LETS GOOOOO
also, re the merchant guild thingy, it seems to be that it's sector dependent - all guilds in a certain sector will be the same guild. So i think i might need to travel a bit more.
Oh wait freighters? Sorry I goofed on that one. I think you'd still have to save edit for those. Sorry I was mixing up terms
Luckily there's basically nothing other than supercharge slots that the direct class of a freighter gets you that you can't get via regular upgrades and if you do find a freighter you like better you can directly transfer your built base.
It is! I'm going to look for a Venator-class ship. I don't have many glyphs yet though (only 2), so I can't exactly just hop to a place.
