Grinds very well for me with ease, I usually grind 1 bowl worth of buds each time, so one or two spins and it's all grinded, might need a tap or two to make all going down the holes. Sometimes really sticky buds can refuse to leave the grinding plate but that's pretty universal.
The best accessories I can recommend are: 1) the dimpled 3D XL glass stem, 2) rimmed basket screens, and 3) some kind of cleaning brush.
All of these things can be purchased on Vgoodiez; however, if you want to save some money, sites like DHgate or Aliexpress have these things for a fraction of the price. I bought two 3D XL stems off AliExpress for $6.99 each and they both work great.

I love my TM2. Any good accessories you love that you recommend, outside of those in the pic, like mouthpieces and what not.
