"enforcement action is only taken when nessecary"
Really? 🤔
When someone has to meet a KPI
Bet she didn't expect how much that would Costa
She lost all her starbucks
They should have charged her with Prety vandalism
Does it cause problems to pour small amounts of drinks in a street drain? I do it from time to time when I pick up a half-empty can of soda or beer lying on the sidewalk, before throwing it away. I assumed it was safe and okay, but maybe I was wrong?
It's literally a drop in the ocean
There's real shit they could be worrying about
I guarantee they do nothing about shithead smokers flicking cigarette butts down the drains
In this country our sewage and drainage are largely combined in the same sewers (we built the system before anyone had the idea of separating them, and now can’t afford to fix it), so hard to believe it could cause any problems, probably just improved the flavour of the broth a little
