Its probably aimed at people with disabilities who use a stand of some sort to hold the screen. The stands with an arm on the end of a clamp are pretty sweet when lying down even if you don't have disabilities.

I'm super excited! I was so mad that the Bluetooth Kindles wouldn't support these.

It's a luxury, but I love propping up the e-reader and using one of these to turn pages with my hands snuggly under the blanket.
