I did not believe them but, to my chagrin, they are correct. Bruschetta is just the grilled/toasted bread (with salt and olive oil) as an appetizer, according to Wikipedia. The tomato mix is just a diced tomato salad, part of very common variation of bruschetta.
It looks nice. But with my hands shaking I could not pick it up, it if I tried to use a fork it with just fall off. Guess I could put another piece of bread on top and make it a sandwich. Sorry to the chefs out there about making it a sandwich.

It's the bruschetta so, tomato. But, bacon or crispy prosciutto would be an amazing addition.
