With the recent activity around Google restricting sideloading and not releasing device trees for Pixel, this is a possible alternative. I haven't tried it, but intend to switch to a Sony device for my next phone.
I'd find it odd Spectrum blocks it thinking it's a suspicious website.
That's curious, I wonder why? I'll include the official Sony page on it in the post too.

I just checked my Cell Provider, they no longer offer Sony Xperia 10 phones!
They do offer a “Sonim XP10” which I find absolutely hilarious! It is the most blatant case of Trade Dress abuse since the Samsung Blackjack!
