Repressions on Ukrainians during 1930's could - and should - be considered genocidal. Then there's the rest of Kresy with forced polonisation of Belarusians and tutejszych

Ask the Polish collaborators at the operation Reinhardt camps.

Who was leading the operation? Not Poles - GERMANS, no Pole would invent and finalize such idea. You talk about repressioned collaborators (also COLLABORATORS, not the whole hq or country) you know nothing yet you wanna blame the good guys. I'm curious if you would not collaborate while having a pistol pointed on your head. Think before writing cuz you just gave me example of GERMAN operation.

Although historians say the Holy Cross Mountains Brigade collaborated with the Nazis, a representative of the veterans, Jan Józef Kasprzyk, sought to deny such a link.

Kasprzyk described the claims of collaboration as a product of postwar communist propaganda meant to smear the unit’s legacy.

The official rehabilitation of the brigade began when Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki honored its members at a cemetery in Munich in February 2018.

Morawiecki asserted at a news conference the same day that there were some “Jewish perpetrators” of the Holocaust.

Hahaha you self-destroyed any of your arguments. You are basically giving me a shit press which collaborated with nazis blaming Poles to collaborate with nazis. You better watch yourself at what you feed your brain with, cuz this shit is definitely not good. I have a feeling that I'm talking to flat-earther, no joke. They did not even link ANY source, none, they just manipulated the reality to make you believe what you believe. Crazy. Here, just see the "controversies" tab: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Associated_Press

You're demonstrating the effect of nationalism to the human brain. I don't really care that you're aligned with Polish nationalist historical revisionists (far right obviously), I'm adding the context for everyone else to see.

You are telling the lies, not adding the context. What you're telling here should be a shame for you if you have anything to do with Poland. Even worse if you are a Polish leftist, as you only give the reasons to never ever vote for left, cuz thats what we gonna get. Lies, covered in anti-national stories. Let's repeat then: Poland has NOTHING to do with genocides, its ukrainians who did the grnocide to Poles, its germans who did the genocide to jews AND Poles, and you won't change the truth. Anyone here wondering who is right will look up the wikipedia and see what I'm telling clearly aligns with facts - while your opinion is based on 1 publication of nazi press. Shame on you.

Keep being vocally a far right nationalist while saying that Associated Press is "nazi press" and acting like nobody knows about the Polish far right politicians lol and don't get me started about who should be ashamed when there were all these "innocent" Poles who lived right next to Treblinka and Sobibor and didn't notice anything. Minding their own business with extermination camps ten minutes away. Stop whining about it because Polish inactivity is infamous and pretty well attested in the Holocaust sources. Even when you have to honor the "resistance" they end up being anticommunists and nazis.

However, the Finnish air force began using it many years before the birth of Nazi Germany,

The article you linked says

Göring had noted the swastika during his stay in Sweden and at von Rosens' castle (forged into a metal piece at the fireplace). However, the swastika of the German Nazi party had been adopted already in 1920, two years before Göring met Adolf Hitler.

Seems like a case of multiple shitheads liking the same symbol independently?

Now why would a count van rosen, who hosts hermann göring in his castle before the nazis even have any power, be taken to the swastika?

Just one of those random coincidences I'm sure...

I was looking thinking that's the Indonesian flag. Then noticed Poland next to Australia

It's either reductionist "Blame the government, not the people!" or holist "The world is at fault" with you people, you just can't bring yourself to call out Western exploitation of the Global South.

There are at least 3 settler-colonies in the last panel that, in the past and as we speak, actively commit genocide, ethnic cleansing, destabilization of Global South states and other crimes, which were created and continuously enabled by the remaining featured countries, 4 of which were former empires that continue their legacy through neocolonialism. The rest, whom benefit greatly from said neocolonialism or are direct perpetrators themselves, are comprador states practicing systemic violence and repression on those that so much as sympathize with Dewesternization and anti-imperialism, states that harbor a shit ton of Nazis and states that are happy to murder immigrants and asylum seekers escaping the violence perpetrated by said states.

In order of apperance:

EDIT: I confused Indonesia for Monaco, lmao.

Don't have a specific link right now but the civilian death toll from the Japanese operations in Manchuria is most likely above 10 million. There are also several ethnic minorities in Japan that have been colonized by them relatively recently e.g. Okinawa, ehich is also secondarily occupied by a huge US base.

The state well always fall into the hands of the bourgeoisie.

The meme isn’t trying to say “eveyone is bad.” It’s showing the hypocrisy of liberals when they make up and believe false bad things about AES states but simp for their country when their country actually does those same things. For example when westerns cry “China is imperialist” (reading about China’s socio-economic system would show that’s not true) but ignore/support their country actually exploiting the Global South.

15

Knowing the template, this actually does make sense. The first three are ones where it's super clear that you'd have to be quite stupid to fall for it. Then the fourth one, a lot of people wouldn't immediately realise you have to be stupid to fall for them, but it's stupid to fall for them nonetheless.

True to the meme format, the point isn't that it isn't stupid to fall for the first three. It clearly is. But falling for the fourth one is stupid, too.

(though I must admit, the selection of some of the examples is pretty weird)
