Also could be that the criteria is over expanded. Someone posted a great link on the subject of how and why the criteria expanded and in many cases roped in individuals who really shouldn't count.

Looks like it's only been running as a bot for an hour and looked like a relatively normal account from a few days ago beyond that
Either someone got hacked or someone wrote a bot to troll someone and set up the criteria for what to reply to wrong
