There's like 8 different layers of rugs and they clean them every time they move. It really isn't a concern

When I was in the army, sweeping the motorpool was a common punishment. They wouldn't even give a push broom, just like a kitchen broom. The point was that you couldn't finish, because by the time you did, the other side was dirty again.

That roof peak must pull all the hot air and the low, wide openings probably allow a lot of airflow so that's gotta be cool. The mat and rugs also soak up the heat and make it cool to the touch. Almost like they're waiting for shai hulud.
