I seem to have lost permission to this document, could you please grant it to me again.

Thanks

Views doc change history

I’m sorry Dave. I don’t see any changes from you ever in this doc. Care to clarify what your intentions are?

Well yeah, i wouldn't want to make changes to the live doc. My changes are on a local copy and im ready to merge. Duh

somebody sent it to me directly. I always hate when they do that instead of sharing the real doc location

Hey,

I think I’m working from a different version of this doc, is this the latest version? I will compare them both and consolidate into one.

Thanks,

At the disco?

Yeah, their time came and went. Buuuuuut, in about 10 years it'll be time for nostolgia reboots and reunion tours.

I uploaded a version to the sharepoint.

Which sharepoint?

Oh I thought we used this sharepoint for working documents. Only finalized documents were supposed to go to the other one.

Let's check the SOP and see what it has to say on the matter.

Which version of the SOP? Mine says revised 9/2021.

Is yours the signed version?

I’ve got my changes saved in an offline version; I’ll merge my changes in if you give me permission.

But how did you know what to change if you couldn't see what's there?

God damn it, Bill, now we all have to redo the privacy and information security training module.

I do this twice a month...

"Yes I'm almost done" - then I go to actually read the email and I see that all the specs are in a WeTransfer link that expired a month ago. Or in a Google drive link where's I don't have access rights. Fucking google drive links, clients always copy their link that they received and forward it to me. When I get a Google drive link there's a 85% chance that I don't have the access rights...
