Because when you value truth, and your audience has passed high school science it's a lot tougher to get a conspiracy started. I'm not saying all MAGA are uneducated... wait... yes I am.

In response, Chorus — a group funded by the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a liberal 501(c)(4) that’s often drawn comparisons to the libertarian Koch Network and often outspends them — has stated that it was trying to organize left-wing influencers to match their counterparts in MAGA world.

It's fucking ridiculous how loose "Democrats" is...

Maga is built on anger and misinformation. Doesn't work for the left.

Dems and normal media are beholden to the truth.

In the context of major news orgs in the US: we don’t have “normal media” anymore, and we haven’t had it for a while.

No, it's the mindless obedience of the right this Chorus group is trying to get us to copy that doesn't work for the left. If they let these influencers say what they wanted to they could absolutely take advantage of a grassroots organic network of people who want society to be more progressive, but they don't want those people pointing out how Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, etc. suck ass and do a lot to support conservative bullshit and undermine progressives, so instead we all get another chapter in the "Dems are in disarray!!1!" saga.
