Started following it, so the instance I use should be tracking it now too. =)

Ooo, I use GrayJay, had no idea there was a community. Joined

Thanks!

Maybe I should make a pinned post for resources too. Know a group on Steam and a thread on GOG for their respective removals too

The instance and the communities we host continue to grow at a reasonable pace for a place like Lemmy. The communities I started and maintain have all been doing well. Subscriber numbers are up, engagement with posts seems to be happening more regularly, and other people have felt comfortable enough to post their own contributions more often.

The biggest change recently has been the introduction of bots to a couple of our communities. [email protected] has @[email protected] providing youtube links when someone posts a link from a paywalled service to make sharing easy and music more accessible. That's been running for a couple weeks now with positive results.

Earlier today we unveiled and deployed a bot for our motorsport community [email protected] to help keep content flowing for LOTS of different series. @[email protected] is meant to offer a curated look at auto racing categories from all over the world with the main focus being the on track action whenever it's available. My hope is that this can really help fill a content void on Lemmy and bring fans of all sorts of auto racing and motorsport together in one place. The bot is configured pretty conservatively during the initial launch but I'm excited to have it up and running and looking forward to dialing it in to fit the community. Stop by and check it out!

Thanks. So far people seem receptive to the philosophy behind them and they haven't misbehaved too badly yet lol.

There appears to be many "privacy" labeled communities.
