It may simply be that she sees him as ugly, old, and gross, even if she has no particular objections to him morally or ethically. He was a viable way to a luxurious life, but particularly this first lady stuff imposes on her and is annoying, even as she mostly shrugs it off.
She won't get the big pay-out unless they're still married when he dies. Divorce settlements are always smaller than an inheritance.

I'm honestly not sure what "files" people expect to exist and what they might contain.
Genuinely asking: was he a blackmailer? Did he keep evidence on all of his clients?
More cynically: do we really expect that law enforcement has that evidence and that the trump administration might release it?
There's just no chance in hell anything actionable will be released by the Trump administration.
Honestly, they could release a list, handwritten in sharpie, of Democrats and call that the epstein files and that would be that.
