Sourdoughnuts? 🤔

I’ve made sourdough bagels twice and both times it was like this. Looked not great, tasted fantastic.

Mmm, bagels... I've generally had better luck doing the "hole-punch" method rather than making the ends meet when shaping bagels

Those look like turds but I wish I could try one!
