Why is it called a swap? It's not like Ukraine would get any part of Russia in exchange.

Both Ukraine's and Russia's militaries I feel are starting to waver after this long and awful war. But from what I've seen, Russia's military is in a much dire state right now. Morale in the Russian army has got to be abysmal. I saw a video the other day where a drone was coming up on a Russian soldier and the guy just looked at the drone and then charged head first into it instead of trying to run or hide. That's not something someone does when they think they are winning.
