Sourdough Focaccia
I used the tartine basic country bread loaf recipe to throw together these Focaccia. We’re having a block party today and my intent is to slice them in half to make Caprese sandwiches with tomatoes and basil from my garden.

I legit thought this was a bed with a horrible print on the mattress covers for a second. A bed should not look this delicous
If I had an oven big enough for a queen sized sheet pan, I’d sleep on a bread bed.
